PVC Coated Steel Flexible Conduit

PVC‑coated steel flexible conduit is constructed with specially‑treated stainless steel or hot‑dip galvanized steel inner core, externally sheathed with flame‑retardant PVC jacket. It features excellent waterproof performance, electrical insulation, corrosion resistance and high tensile strength.
It is widely used for wiring protection in railway locomotives, traffic systems, air‑conditioning equipment, automatic machinery, power plants, chemical industry, power distribution, telecommunication systems, base‑station racks, shipbuilding, high‑rise buildings, indoor and outdoor wiring projects.
Working temperature:‑25℃ ~ +70℃, short‑term peak temperature up to 90℃. Standard colors: black, grey. Single‑lock structure improves tensile strength, resisting fracture and deformation. Superior bending performance and smooth inner bore facilitate easy wire pulling.
Size range covers nominal size 6‑100, with corresponding inner diameter, outer diameter, minimum bending radius and standard unit length. All listed specifications are mass‑production items with existing tooling. Custom non‑standard specifications are available for bulk‑volume orders.
