Silicone Self-adhesive Tape
Zhonghe
Flame-retardant silicone & EPDM self-amalgamating tape boasts outstanding ductility and insulating performance, with excellent anti-aging, anti-ozone and anti-ultraviolet features to ensure long service life and strong wrapping adhesion. Widely applied for exposed copper busbar insulation of power substations and power plants, as well as protective wrapping for equipment electrical terminals, cable connectors and cabinet busbars. Operating temperature ranges from -60℃ to +180℃; standard stock colors are red, yellow, green and black, customized colors are acceptable upon request. The tape features non-tacky surface without sticky residue after peeling off, and forms strong self-fusion rapidly after winding to realize complete sealing and waterproof. Flexible enough to wrap into arbitrary shapes, it is dirt-proof, anti-corrosion, UV-resistant, ozone-resistant and aging-resistant, perfectly suited for all environments and outdoor construction work. Its core physical indicators comply with GB/T28-2009, ASTM D2148 and UL94 standards: tensile strength ≥3.5MPa, elongation at break ≥200%, self-adhesion＞3.5N/cm, UL94 V0 flame retardant grade, dielectric strength ≥22KV/mm and volume resistivity ≥1.3×10¹⁴Ω·m. Standard sizes cover width 20~100mm, thickness 0.5~1.5mm, 5 meters per roll.
