Our tear‑able aluminum foil tape uses aluminum foil drawn material as substrate, single‑side coated with high‑performance solvent‑based acrylic adhesive. It delivers outstanding adhesion, peel strength and heat resistance. Formulated for automotive fluids, it provides excellent corrosion resistance, with shear failure temperature up to 180℃, ideal insulating material for thermal protection applications.
Widely applied in computers, mobile communication, electrical appliances, transformers, lighting, automotive and other industries.
Key technical parameters comply with relevant test standards: tape thickness 83μm±5μm, adhesion ≥1500g/25mm, holding power 24h, short‑term temperature resistance range ‑40℃~180℃, color silver.
