PVC zipper sleeve is a wiring harness management tube made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material, specially designed to organize and protect messy bundled wires. In electronic equipment, automobile and electrical system applications, dense and disordered cables may cause potential safety hazards and signal interference; this PVC zipper sleeve can effectively arrange and shield wiring harnesses.
The product features excellent flexibility, waterproof performance, abrasion resistance and insulation. It is divided into closed type and zipper type, with two temperature resistance options: standard grade (80℃ heat resistance) and high temperature grade (105℃ heat resistance).
Standard sizes cover Φ20, Φ30, Φ40, Φ50, with matched thickness, width and unit weight as shown on specification sheet, standard packing 50 meters per roll. All standard sizes are in stock, customized non-standard specifications are acceptable for bulk orders.
